Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra that, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster, and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit allowing for tremendous raw speed. The reflexes and speed of this jutsu make it difficult for a Sharingan of equal rank to track movement. This mode also increases the user's defenses, drastically reducing, if not completely negating, damage from incoming attacks. To be able to land a light scratch on Satomi while bathed in the armor is an extraordinary feat in itself.

Special Note: This technique has different levels of activation. B rank is the lowest activation level with just +3 strength and +5 speed. The higher the rank, the more powerful this technique grows. Able to overtake jutsu ranked below B-Rank, but only negate B-Rank unless its earth style. At B-Rank this jutsu is able to withstand even A-Rank earth style jutsu. After negating the same rank jutsu, this chakra mode is also negated and dissipates.

Levels of activation -
B-Rank: +3 strength and +5 speed
A-Rank: +5 strength and +8 speed
S-Rank: +8 strength and +12 speed

Description: This technique grants animal-like accelerated fighting instinct and reflexes to the user. By enveloping their entire body in chakra and moving on all fours, they can obtain high speed movement and reflexes like that of a wild animal. Taught only to the members of the Inuzuka clan, this technique forms the basis of an Inuzuka clan member's taijutsu fighting style, and will add even more to their feral-like appearances; their canine teeth, their finger and toenails grow to claw-like length, their eyes also become wilder with their pupils becoming slits. When under the effects of this technique, an Inuzuka will display great feats of physical strength, speed, agility and endurance.

B-Rank: +3 strength and +5 speed

Description: The user and their ninken partner spin at a ferocious speed and deliver many powerful beast-like attacks when contact is made with the target. The force of this attack is strong enough to drill through stone. When this attack is done alone, it is called Passing Fang.

Description: As a member of the Inuzuka clan, Satomi possesses enhanced canine-related human skills, his most powerful being his sense of smell. By concentrating his chakra in his nose, Satomi can make his sense of smell a thousand times more sensitive than average. This sense is amplified to an even greater extent allowing the user to be able to detect, track and monitor targets from fairly long distance away. His sense of smell can clearly determine the physical condition of an individual, even from a considerable distance. Naturally, Kiba is the ideal choice to be included in all reconnaissance and tracking missions. Not only is able to actively keep track of targets, his keen senses allow him to identify traps that others would miss, whilst also being an excellent lookout by detecting any approaching enemy shinobi.

Description: Beast Human Clone is a modified and mixed version of the Transformation Technique and Clone Technique, which is unique to the Inuzuka clan. It allows a canine-user to transform their animal companion into a perfect copy of themselves. When combined with the Four Legs Technique, the user and the animal become virtually impossible to tell apart, since both act equally feral. Like any transformation, the technique can be broken by identifying and attacking the animal, thus dispelling the transformation. This technique is often followed by the Fang Passing Fang.

Add in how much it increases, like
B-Rank: +1 strength and +3 speed/able to negate overtake C rank and negate B-Rank(Although once negating same rank jutsu, yours is also negated. Unless your element is stronger, which then you can withstand upto a rank higher.)
A-Rank: +3 strength and +6 speed/over take B rank, negate A-Rank
S-Rank:+5 strength and +10 speed/over take A rank, negate S rank

Description: Akira is partners with Satomi in battle. Akira can hunt by tracking down opponents with his enhanced ability to smell by concentrating chakra in his nose. He is also able to perform dynamic marking by urinating on a target, marking it with a strong odor that allows him to easily track it by scent. Akira is very skilled in this, being able to hit targets very accurately, and even multiple targets at once. The urine can also be useful for temporarily blinding the target if it hits their eyes. He can perform battle techniques in conjunction with Satomi such as Four Legs Technique, Beast Clone Technique, and Fang Passing Fang.

Everything looks good except the buffs from your the two quoted above. After some thought i decided to make a limit for jtsu buffs. It will be like this

C-Rank: +1 strength and +3 strength
B-Rank: +2 strength and +5 speed
A-Rank: +4 strength and +8 speed
S-Rank: +7 strength and +10 speed

Other than that your jutsus are perfect. I must apologize for telling you one thing at first then changing my mind. Just thought it would be better with a limit to buffs instead of everyone's being different
